Meet Nancy Ciancaglini, M.S., CCC-SLP
Founder | Speech-Language Pathologist | Mentor
With over 30 years of experience as a speech-language pathologist, Nancy Ciancaglini brings deep expertise and heartfelt dedication to the families she serves. Specializing in early intervention and preschool-aged children, she is passionate about supporting communication development during the most critical years of a child’s life.
After discovering the independent contractor model early in her career, Nancy was drawn to the unique opportunity it offered to work with children and families in their natural environments—homes, daycares, and community settings—where progress is most meaningful and connection is most authentic.
She launched her own private practice, alongside her husband, building a business rooted in compassion, trust, and personalized care. For more than two decades, she has also mentored and guided new clinicians, sharing her knowledge and helping shape the next generation of SLPs with the same care she gives to her clients.
Outside of her professional life, Nancy enjoys spending quality time with her family and beloved dog, fostering rescue puppies, and nurturing her own well-being through meditation and yoga. She is also a certified yoga teacher and integrates mindfulness practices into her personal and professional life.
