Nancy Ciancaglini, M.S., CCC-SLP Founder | Speech-Language Pathologist
Nancy Ciancaglini, M.S., CCC-SLP, is the founder and director of Westchester Speech & Language Services PLLC, a clinician-run practice that has been a trusted resource for families since 2003. She launched the business alongside her husband, with a shared vision of providing high quality, compassionate speech and language services to children and families in the community.
A graduate of Teachers College, Columbia University, Nancy brings over 30 years of clinical expertise to her work, specializing in early intervention and the communication development of preschool-aged children. Her approach is rooted in the natural environment model, which prioritizes providing therapy in settings where children feel most comfortable, such as their homes, daycares, or local communities, to ensure progress is carried over into everyday life.
In addition to her clinical work, Nancy is a dedicated leader and mentor within the speech-language pathology community. For more than two decades, she has guided new clinicians and clinical fellows, helping shape the next generation of therapists with the same compassion she extends to her clients.
Beyond her professional achievements, Nancy is a certified yoga teacher who integrates mindfulness and meditation into both her personal life and professional practice. This holistic perspective informs her belief in nurturing overall well-being alongside communication goals. Outside the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and her dog, fostering rescue puppies and baking sourdough bread.
